Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods or drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

SKEETS ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

SKEETS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SKEETS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SKEETS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
